Tuscan Cooking School
Immersing yourself in the Tuscan lifestyle also means preparing traditional Tuscan and Italian dishes. Who better than our house chef to teach you? In a guided cooking lesson, he will combine theory and practice tailored to your skill level. At the end of the lesson, you will be the “star” of the evening as you present your results to your family and any other farmhouse guests who want to join the table. We will provide the 100% organic ingredients produced by our farm and other neighboring artisans. You will leave our land with the desire to experiment in your own home kitchen.

The experience includes:
4-night stay with breakfast
3 cooking lessons (4 hrs each) including lunch or dinner serving local wine and the dishes you have prepared.
Each meal will include at least 3 courses, consisting of appetizer, first course, side dish, dessert OR appetizer, second course, side dish, dessert.
The menu is decided by the chef, but the last lesson can be modified according to your tastes if agreed upon in advance.
The dishes will feature seasonal ingredients since we desire to use fresh local products.
Gluten-free or vegan dishes may be incorporated with advance notice.
Guests must notify in advance of any allergies, intolerances, or unwanted foods.
The day without a cooking lesson can be spent relaxing around the farmhouse or enjoying an excursion to various sites around Tuscany.

For the non-participating guest, the booking price includes consumption of the meals prepared by the cooking school participant.
