Payment: Deposit of 30% due upon confirmation.

Cancellation: If you cancel your booking more than 90 days in advance, there is no penalty and all money is refunded.
If you cancel your booking less than 60 days in advance, we will retain your deposit as a penalty.

Booking
After confirmation, your reservation represents a binding contract between the guest and the hotelier, in accordance with Italian law.

Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive written communication from us detailing total price of the stay AND after you pay the deposit or provide us the credit card information as guarantee. If the deposit is not paid within 3 days, the reservation is considered void.

The reservation becomes binding for Podere Fontanino only after we receive the credit card details to make an authorized withdrawal of the deposit, OR after we receive from you proof of the deposit payment. Email proof of payment to info@poderefontanino.it.

At this point, the Podere Fontanino will send a confirmation email or voucher for the guest to show upon arrival. Please check this document closely and alert us within four days of receipt if there are any inaccuracies. After this deadline, we will not be responsible for any errors. Confirmation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.

All guests, including minors, must provide legal identification upon check-in.

A deposit must be paid no later than 3 days from the date of booking confirmation.
In case of no-receipt of the deposit within term indicated, the reservation is avoid .
The amount of the deposit confirmation is equal to 30% of the total amount ( Italian civil code art. 1385
Deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation after the terms specified or in case of no-show.
Credit card and bank transfer are accepted as payment.
The balance of reservation and any extras must be paid at departure.
In case of bank transfer , our bank details will be provided at reservation.

Cancellation policy:
To cancel your booking, you must communicate this in writing. For cancellation conditions, please refer to your confirmation document.

For cancellations or changes made 30 or more days in advance, no fee will be charged. For cancellations or changes within 30 days of arrival, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card provided.

This cancellation policy is not valid for the discounted non-refundable rate, wherein the full amount of stay is charged at time of confirmation with no refund allowed.

Interruption of Stay:
There will be no money refunded to guests who choose to end their stay sooner than planned. Guests who check out early will be charged for the entire booked stay.

No-Shows:
If a guest does not arrive for their booking, their deposit will be withheld and the full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card provided.

Cancellation Policy for Tuscan Cooking School:
No fees will be charged for cancellation or changes to the Cooking School experience if made at least 60 days in advance. For cancellations or changes made within 60 days of arrival, 30% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged to the credit card provided.
No-shows: If a guest does not arrive for their booking, their deposit will be withheld and the full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card provided.
